Cadillac Fairview announced today that it is moving all Santa experiences to virtual and online-only.

The decision to suspend physical experiences with Santa in all 19 Cadillac Fairview shopping centres is to protect the health and safety of its guests, clients and employees.

Shoppers will be able to make make holiday shopping easier by coming up with a plan

Use the Cadillac Fairview mobile app, to plan trips to the mall.
The shopping centres will offer curbside pick up.
They will organze with retailers to minimize line-ups in stores.

While we know this may be disappointing for families who look forward to this annual tradition, we firmly believe this is the best decision, and we are confident that our virtual Santa experiences will deliver all of the magic of the holidays.
