A good 21% of bed makers start working as soon as they get to the office, non-bed makers tend to procrastinate and it’s starting your day strong that makes the difference.

At the end of the day, 74 percent of bed makers felt accomplished, compared to half of the non-bed-makers – so go make your bed.
