The alarm goes off, time to get up and start your day but do you have a hard time getting up in the morning? Everyone's morning routine to start the day is going to look a little bit different.

There are those who hit the snooze button 2-3 times before getting out of bed, then there are those who wake up right away at the sound of their alarm and take charge of the day.

The best way to help you in the morning is to keep a morning routine. According to a study, your zodiac sign has a lot to do with how you wake up in the morning, and here is what is best for you:

 

If you are an ARIES the best way to start your day is to wake up turn on the radio and break out in a sweat. Starting off your day with a morning workout routine will help you conquer your day.

If you are a TAURUS the best way to start your day is slow. The best way is a peaceful morning, slow pace to help put you in a good headspace. Avoid rushing that means to prepare your clothes and coffee the night before so you can enjoy your mornings.
