You may know of 8-year-old Montrealer Ellie, she is the strongest 8-year-old ever. She and her family have shared her fight against leukemia since 2018. Ellie’s Mom says that lately Ellie really looks forward to and loves having books read to her.
She absolutely loves stories with pictures—- funny, sweet, happy, and sad stories — all of them! We wanted to bring some of the spring sunshine to sweet Ellie, so we’re inviting you to join Ellie’s Book Club!!
Here’s how you join:
Purchase a book that you’d love to share with Ellie—it could be a favourite in your family now, or even your favourite book from childhood.
Write a little message for Ellie on the inside cover, let’s remind Ellie of how many people are thinking about her and care.
