2/3 of us would rather exercise at home than go back to the gym.
The pandemic has made people realize a gym isn’t actually necessary for them to stay fit. Three-quarters feel that the past year isolating indoors has allowed them to reconnect with their bodies and improve their self-confidence.
The survey says more of us are finding it easier to maintain an at-home fitness routine compared to last year. 78% of us believe fitness has actually become more accessible over the past year.
