Australian researchers, Stuart J. McFarlane, Jair E. Garcia, and Adrian G. Dyer from RMIT University, discovered that adjusting the sound of your alarm clock to something more catchy and upbeat helps to eliminate that groggy feeling that most of us get when we wake up. That’s right, you can finally say goodbye to that generic alarm clock sound!
