After 25 long dedicated years of Judge Judy on CBS, Judy Sheindlin has come to the decision to step away from the court show.

Despite millions of fans sharing their devastation over her decision on this move, Judy is calling her exit from the show a “Bill and Melinda Gates divorce”. Amicable split or not, we still can’t wrap our heads around the fact Judy will no longer be hitting the gavel on CBS.

That being said, this split does not mean that this will be the last of Judy! While production for Judge Judy has already come to an end, Judy is beginning a new show on Amazon’s IMDB called Judy Justice

In a recent interview with The Wall Street Journal, Judy shared that CBS disrespected her by bumping her alternate show Hot Bench and was replaced with The Drew Barrymore Show, despite her show having better ratings.

The 78-year-old host was earning a near $47 million per year on Judge Judy, and has scored herself a deal with Amazon, where she will once again host a court show.

Judy sure does know a thing or two about justice, and we’re here for it!

Will you be tuning to her new show on Amazon?
