Hugh Jackman is keeping himself busy while quarantining at his Australian hotel by rehearsing his tap dancing for his next Broadway role.
The X-Men star has been holed up in a suite in Sydney after returning to his native country and entering the mandatory 14-day Covid-19 quarantine period.
He has been keeping social media followers updated on his daily activities while stuck indoors, and on Tuesday, his 11th day in the hotel, he shared video footage of himself practising his fancy footwork with a coach for his upcoming stage production of The Music Man.
"Inching ever closer to the bright lights of Broadway," he captioned the clip.
Jackman will co-star with Sutton Foster in The Music Man revival, which will begin previews at Broadway's Winter Garden Theatre in December, ahead of a planned February opening.
The Aussie actor initially signed up for the musical in 2019, but its launch was delayed twice due to the coronavirus shutdown.
Jackman's rehearsal video emerges amid the news of Kate Horton's appointment as executive producer of The Music Man, replacing Scott Rudin, who stepped down from all of his screen and stage projects in April following allegations of workplace misconduct.
