Some of you might know Chef Amaury Guichon and if so, you know how incredibly talented he is. The popular pastry chef recently left the internet buzzing after he shared a video online showing how he crafted a stunning and incredibly detailed miniature replica of the iconic Statue of Liberty out of chocolate. Yes, you read that right— it’s made of 100 percent chocolate!
Guichon stated that not only was this his tallest piece but that the subject inspired him as he immigrated to the United States from France and recently obtained US citizenship.
Guichon posted the video of the process both on his Instagram account and on his YouTube channel. According to the caption, Guichon has used 115lbs of chocolate to create the statue.
