Poutine lovers, listen up!
This weekend, a giant poutine festival is landing in Montreal!
After visiting various regions across Montreal, Le Grand Poutinefest is now set to hit Montreal's Old Port on July 21 and will last 12 days until August 1!
The annual celebration of Quebec’s national dish of fries, sauce and cheese will offer 20 different kinds of poutine including:
Crab poutine
Pork rib poutine
Chorizo poutine
Piri Piri poutine
Smoked meat poutine
Fish ‘n chips poutine
Dumpling poutine
Cheeseburger poutine
Desser poutine
Tofu general tao poutine (vegan)
Popcorn chicken poutine
Like previous years, you should be able to also get churros for dessert with your choice of caramel, chocolate, or maple syrup dipping sauce.
Beer and liquor will be sold on-site and circus performers and other entertainers will perform on weekends.
