Disney launches new line of adaptive Halloween costumes

Disney has just launched a new collection of adaptive Halloween costumes and wheelchair covers… and we are loving it!

From Minnie Mouse, Black Panther, Elsa, and more, “The new costumes are designed with stretch fabric that opens in the back for front entry only to allow for more accessible dressing,” says Good Morning America.

The collection also includes a variety of wheelchair covers like a Buzz Lightyear spaceship, Cinderella’s carriage, The Mandalorian and many others:

“Grace the royal ball with magical elegance in this adaptive Cinderella costume and specially designed cover that turns your chair into the iconic pumpkin carriage. Great for Halloween or everyday roleplay fun.”

This is a first for Disney to show more diversity in their online shop and many people on Twitter are sharing their excitement over this new launch:
