Hudson’s Bay is out and Lululemon is in… For the Olympics that is!
The Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Committees announced Thursday that Lululemon is the new official outfitter for Team Canada until the 2028 games that will be taking place in Los Angeles.
The collection is currently available online and in-store and the brand plans to reveal more items in the coming months.
According to the Lululemon website, “The Team Canada x lululemon Collection is a story of transformation: of the courage, strength, and collaboration required to compete at the highest levels. [...] It is a celebration of our nation—of who we are and what we are capable of. Together, we’ll show the world what it means to feel Canada.”
From leggings, tshirts, sweaters, and more… The new collection’s slick, modern design is a fresh take on what our Canadian athletes are all about.
“Supporting these incredible athletes as they prepare to compete on the world’s largest sporting stage is a privilege. Through this partnership, all of us at Lululemon are honoured to play our part to inspire, unite and transform the world through sport and share in this excitement alongside all of Canada,” said Calvin McDonald, the CEO of Lululemon in a release.
