Demi Lovato is getting extra — terrestrial, in a new docuseries.
The 29-year-old pop star believes aliens are out there and claims they once had a close encounter with extraterrestrial beings. And according to Lovato, the out-of-this-world experience was mind-blowing!
"We went out into the desert in Joshua Tree and I basically saw this blue orb that was about 50 feet away, maybe less, and it was kind of like floating above the ground, just like 10 or 15 feet, and it was kind of keeping its distance from me," Lovato said during a recent interview with E! News’ "Daily Pop."
"It was a beautiful and incredible experience."
It’s all part of the unscripted Peacock show, Unidentified, which follows the singer, actor, and activist their sister Dallas, and their skeptical best friend Matthew as they attempt to uncover the truth about UFO phenomena by meeting alien abductees, investigating recent eyewitness encounters, and digging up secret government reports.
In the trailer for the series, Lovato expresses a desire "to find out what really happened" during their interactions with the mysterious blue orb.
"What if extraterrestrials aren't traveling lightyears to visit us?" Lovato asks. "What if they're already here waiting for us to reach out?"
