From feeling hangry to general everyday stress, we’ve all had our bad days… and sometimes dealing with our stress can be solved just by simply having a snack.

A new study shows that the majority of women tend to do the following when they seem to feel a little more aggravated than usual: eat, take a bath, read a book/watch TV, or to simply clean up around the house.
While these may be some of the most common and easily effective ways to chill out when you’re feeling moody, here are some alternative ways to destress on bad days:
- Avoid caffeine, alcohol, or sugar
- Eat healthier
- Sleep longer hours
