So long, Starbucks’ holiday drinks and pumpkin spice latte. There’s a new drink in town!
Starbucks is kicking off the new year with the return of the pistachio latte, a delicious cup of coffee composed of sweet pistachio and a rich salted brown buttery topping, and paired with espresso and steamed milk. The drink is available hot or iced for a limited time as part of the company’s winter menu.
The Pistachio Latte debuted last January at locations nationwide and was inspired by a beverage that first launched at Starbucks Reserve Roasteries.
In addition, the Seattle-based coffee giant is also bringing back Meatless Mondays with a promotion on the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich throughout January as well as its Starbucks Tribute Blend, which was first released in 2011.
Other beverages that debuted at Starbucks Roasteries before launching at stores include the Nitro Cold Brew and seasonal drinks such as the Cascara Latte, Smoked Butterscotch Latte and the Juniper Latte.
