For the third time in a year and half, the opening of most of the REM will be delayed; this time by a year.  Le Journal is reporting that new problems in the Mount Royal tunnel are holding things up and costing more Money.

 Instead of opening in the fall of 2023, 20 out of 26 stations will open in December 2024.
