Montreal’s 90-foot-high “Ring” installation is now set up at downtown’s Place Ville Marie. PVM's 200 million dollar project is still on their way to improve the areas "presence" but one part is finally up. The 50,000-pound stainless steel ring has now been installed and is placed at the entrance of downtown's Place Ville Marie. The ring reportedly cost $5 million and it is part of the big project of Place Ville Marie to revitalize and redefine the city's urban spaces.

The ring was designed by Claude Cormier + Associés.

“The imposing structure will beautify the face of Montreal while giving new vibrancy, vitality, and appeal to the heart of the city.”
