In a survey conducted by OnePoll, 64% of participants are living more in the moment, whereas 74% are more focused on the future compared to pre-pandemic times.
On top of that, 62% of the participants shared that they treat themselves more than ever before, because, well… they deserve it!
Whether you choose to dabble in quiet quitting at work, or take advantage of your sick days (even when you’re not actually sick)... In the wise words of Lizzo, it’s about damn time we start taking the time to prioritize our bodies and mind.
Life is short as it is. What’s the point in being hard on ourselves when we can instead take a minute every now and then to take the pressure off and just relax?
