VIDEO: Woman puts on mascot costumes at airport to lighten overweight luggage

We have so many questions.

A viral video of a woman checking in at a Southwest Airlines counter has left both the internet and everyone here at The Beat 92.5 confused and in stitches this week.

Taylor Watson was in line waiting to check in  to her flight when she noticed a woman in front of her opening up her overweight luggage to remove some items. While this is something that’s rather common in airports, the items that she was removing from her luggage were not…

Deciding to film what was in front of her, she shared a video on TikTok of the woman pulling out a chicken mascot costume from her suitcase and putting it on in front of the entire line of people.

Seeing as the weight of the luggage was still over the limit, she grabs yet another item from her luggage - a gorilla costume and begins to squeeze the costume on top of her chicken ensemble. People at this point start to notice what is going on and stare in disbelief.

It doesn’t stop there.

Needing to take off even more weight from her suitcase, she then grabs an avocado costume from her belongings… And puts on a third layer of costume on top of her.

Before finally getting to finish checking in, she grabs a few more items of clothing and scurries on over to check in at security.

What does this woman do for work? Why is she travelling with all of these items? We will never know.
