Calling all Canadian food-lovers, Air Canada just released their top 10 list of Canada’s Best New Restaurants… And a Montreal restaurant came in second place!
While Montreal is known for its exceptional taste in food, one new restaurant in particular stood out above all the rest in the city.
From their outstanding carte blanche menu, to their cheese and desserts, Restaurant Mastard made second place on the Canada’s Best New Restaurants list.
Located on 1879 rue Belanger in Montreal, Air Canada describes the Rosemont restaurant as not being able to tell the background singers from the lead, “That’s what makes a meal at Mastard so complete and satisfying.”
But, wait! There’s more to celebrate!
Another Quebec restaurant made it on the list… Restaurant Alentours from Quebec City!
As stated in their review of the Quebec City restaurant, “Our first bite of a creamy, crunchy and tangy salad of cooked and fried yellow peas napped with a cucumber vinaigrette, dill and chives, we feel like we’re practically friends with the Rastafarian organic farmer who grew the cukes.”
