We learned a few days ago that Zellers stores would be making their way back to Canada. But the question on everyone's mind was... are the Zellers Diners also going to make their grand return?
The answer is...yes! Your favourite nostalgic menu items will be available once again, only this time in 'food truck' format.
Zellers food trucks will greet customers outside the stores with what we can expect will be the same great-tasting foods as in the early 2000's.
Out of 9 food items available, fans had the choice to vote for up to 5 items to make their way back officially. Here are the 9 items fans could choose from:
- Big Z Burger
- Fries and Gravy
- Chicken Fingers
- Poutine
- Hot Dog
- Onion Rings
- Hot Chicken Sandwich
- Grilled Cheese Sandwich
- Quesadilla
- NEW: Veggie Burger
