Doubts... everyone has them...even in relationships!
Doubts that you're meant to be together, doubts that you relationship will last long, and sometimes even doubts that there isn't someone out there better for you or for them!
We found out that doubts in relationships are more common than you think. In fact, everyone has them (even couples who have been together for over 10 years!) But the problem is, not a lot of people openly discuss the doubts they might be feeling in their relationship. While some feel shame talking about doubts in their relationship, others simply too feel anxious.
But are having doubts in a relationship normal? Or are they rather a sign you should break up with your partner? Here's what we found out:

According to a relationship coach, doubts in relationships should only lead to breaking up in the following circumstances:
- If you can't have challenging conversation with your partner without it leading to a fight
- If your partner gets defensive or shuts down when you voice a concern
- If you can't set boundaries with your partner
- If you don't trust your partner
So if you're having doubts about your relationship, think about these 5 things. If none of them seem to be a recurring problem or something that might affect your relationship on the long-term, then it's probably best that you stay with your partner and work things out.
Try dicussing with them what worries you and more importantly, be communicative!
