Over the past few weeks, we've been playing many challenging sounds that had the island of Montreal asking themselves: "What sound could it be?!"
Every Monday to Friday, we played the sound four times a day and all you had to do was guess the sound to WIN... And for a while there, it seemed like no one was going to be able to guess our first sound!
So, The Morning Show team allowed one lucky listener to extend the Beat FX sound... in exchange for $1,000 less in cash. Our listener said yes!!
But Montreal still seemed to need a helping hand to guess the sound...So after that, our announcers started releasing clues on air. These are the 2 clues that were given:
Something you do for dramatic effect
Something you do when you want to start over
And to make things more fun, our announcers Catherine & Cat even released a very evident clue of what the sound might be with a video on Instagram!
After many trials and errors, Ruvielyn from Laval guessed the Beat FX sound correctly (tearing a paper), and walked away with $11,000!!!
Catherine and Cat asked her what she would do with that cash, and she excitedly said that she would use some of it for a trip she has planned in May!
