Each Tuesday after Mother’s Day, Canada’s CURE Foundation celebrates National Denim Day. For the past 25 years, on National Denim Day, the CURE Foundation invites all Canadians to wear denim in support of the fight against breast cancer. Hundreds of thousands of Canadians take part in supporting this cause every year, including over 600 educational institutions!
If jeans isn’t your thing, the CURE Foundation invites you to show your support by wearing their emblematic pink ribbon or donating to their foundation.
Funds collected by the foundation are then redirected toward programs for prevention and early detection, cutting edge research to improve treatment, and a range of supportive services for patients and their families going through breast cancer.
Wear denim today Montreal, it's for a good cause!
