It's that time of the year again...the construction holidays are officially here! For many Quebecers, that means 2 weeks off of work and alllll the time needed to unwind and enjoy the summertime.

1. Enjoy one of many FREE outdoor shows!
Whether it be at Montreal's Just For Laughs Festival or Laval's 'hot spot' music shows, there are sooo many outdoor (and FREE!) performances for you to attend over the next 2 weeks!
2. Bathe in the lavenders!
This time of year is the best time to visit one of Quebec's impressive and oh-so-beautiful lavender fields! Check out Bleu Lavande, located only 1 hour away from Montreal!
3. Just relaaaax...
Vacation time also means taking the time to relax...and we mean it! Whether it be with your gals, your partner or simply solo, treat yourself to one of Montreal's many incredible spas while you can.
4. Take a hike!
Sometimes, all you need is a break from your phone and any other distractions...and taking a hike in nature is the way to do it! So grab a good pair of shoes, a water bottle, and make your way to one of Montreal's mountains to enjoy the fresh air.
5. Take a drive down the 'wine route'
Known for its scenic roads and unmissable wineries, Brome-Missisquoi's 'wine route' is definitey one of the best ways to spend a day off.
