From Metro Metro, to Jazz Festival and all the way to Osheaga, Montreal is not short on music festivals.
When music festival season comes around, it's important to be prepared! The last thing anyone wants is to miss out on their favourite artist's live performance simply because they came unprepared...To avoid this, here are 8 items every festival-goer MUST bring with them:
1. Reusable water bottle
No one wants to pay $10 just for a water bottle! Instead, bring your own!
2. Sunscreen
This one's a no-brainer. If you'll be outside all weekend, make sure to protect your skin with some SPF!
3. Electrolytes
Whether it's an extra gatorade bottle or some coconut water, make sure to keep your electrolytes intake up! In other words, stay hydrated!
4. First aid kit
You never know what can happen, so make sure you're prepared with a mini first aid kit!
5. Portable phone charger
All those videos and pictures you're taking at the festival can really drain your phone battery quickly...but a portable phone charger can fix that!
6. Hand sanitizer
With so many people around, surely you'll be needing to disinfect your hands once or twice over the course of the festival.
7. Sun-proof accessories
From a baseball cap to trendy sunglasses, make sure you have all the accessories you need to keep that sun away!
8. The Cogeco Media app
Of course, you'll need to stay up to date on all your favourite announcers at The Beat 92.5 (especially since they'll be broadcasting LIVE at Osheaga weekend!), so make sure you have the Cogeco Media app installed on your phone!
