Sean 'Diddy' Combs is being sued for alleged sexual assault in two new lawsuits.

Joi Dickerson-Neal filed a complaint against the I'll Be Missing You rapper in the Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday in which she claimed that he drugged and raped her in 1991.

In the lawsuit, Dickerson-Neal alleged she went on a date with Combs at a restaurant in New York City and was "intentionally drugged" by the rapper, leaving her allegedly unable to "independently stand or walk".

He then drove her to where he was staying and allegedly sexually assaulted her.

Dickerson-Neal claims the music mogul recorded the alleged encounter and showed the tape to others.

"Days later, a male friend revealed to her that he had viewed the 'sex tape' along with other men," the documents allege. "Horrified, Ms. Dickerson asked how many others saw it, to which he responded, 'everyone.'"

A representative for the 54-year-old has denied the allegations, insisting the lawsuit is simply "a money grab".

"This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson's 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more," the spokesperson said.

The rep was referring to New York's Adult Survivors Act, a one-year window which allowed sexual assault survivors to file civil claims that had exceeded the statute of limitations. The window expired on Friday.

According to Rolling Stone, a Jane Doe has also filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall under the act. The anonymous accuser alleged she was "coerced into having sex with Combs" and afterwards Hall "pinned her down and forced (her) to have sex with him" in 1990 or 1991.

The Last Night rapper has yet to respond to the other lawsuit.

This is the third legal action against Combs in the space of a week. Last week, his ex-girlfriend, singer Cassie, claimed that he raped and abused her during their relationship.

They reached a private settlement the following day.
