Winter weather in Montreal has been a bit of a tease lately, but don't let that get you down… There's plenty of snow to play with just outside the city limits!

If you’re missing that white fluffy snow, you can check out the many ski hills that are only just a small drive away from Montreal!

Here is a list of the different hills that you should be checking out ASAP:

Mont Blanc:

Drive time from Montreal: 1.5 hours

Address: 1006 Rd. 117 Municipality of Mont Blanc, Québec, Canada J0T 2G0

While it’s only 10 minutes away from the infamous Mont Tremblant, Mont Blanc has over 40 trails available (and probably less tourists!). The resort offers both full and half day ski packages, making it a great choice for a spontaneous ski day. Plus, when purchasing tickets online, they are valid for any day of your choosing, not just on the day of purchase.

Mont-Orford:

Drive time from Montreal: 1.5 hours

Address: 4380, Chemin du Parc, Orford (Québec), J1X 7N9

Although the Laurentians mountains are breathtaking, we can’t forget about the ones in the Eastern Townships.  Mont-Orford, for example, has many trails that are waiting to be explored. Plus, you can get a special pass called the L'EST GO card, which is valid at four different ski stations across the Eastern Townships: Mont-Orford, Mont SUTTON, Owl's Head, and Bromont. With the card, you'll be able to save on every ticket purchase and make the most out of your ski adventure.

Mont-Tremblant:

Drive time for Montreal: 1.5 hours

Address: Tremblant, 1000 Chemin des Voyageurs, Mont-Tremblant, QC J8E 1T1, Canada

Can’t forget a classic! Although many tourists do go to Tremblant, going there is automatically a good time. Especially if you stay for the “après-ski” or simply check out the village!

Owl’s Head:

Drive time from Montreal: 1.5 hours

Address: 40, chemin du Mont Owl’s Head, Mansonville (Québec) J0E 1X0 , Canada

Another ski station that is part of the L’EST GO special which is worth checking out! With 50 trails to explore, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Memphremagog and the Eastern Townships from atop the mountain.

Sommet Saint-Sauveur:

Drive time from Montreal: 1 hour

Address: 655 Ch. Louis-Dufour, Saint-Sauveur, Quebec J0R 1R3

Sommet Saint-Sauveur is the closest to Montreal and is honestly the perfect spot for a quick ski session after work - especially with their discounted evening prices.
