Olivia Rodrigo has admitted that she has "grown out of" some of her songs.

While speaking to the Los Angeles Times in a new interview, the hitmaker shared that she isn't a fan of some of her songs from her 2021 debut album Sour anymore.

"Some of them I don't really love so much anymore," the 20-year-old confessed to the outlet.

Olivia didn't reveal which songs specifically she isn't fond of anymore because "people get so sad because it'll be their favourite song".

The singer, who is gearing up for her 2024 Guts World Tour, explained that rehearsing her songs from the 2021 album has made her realise that she has "grown out of some of them".

Olivia then noted that she is still pleased with her breakout hit, Drivers License.

"I remember putting the song out, still super-heartbroken, and people would come up to me and say, 'Wow, this takes me back to my first heartbreak,'" she shared. "Now, I listen to it and I totally get it. It actually does transport me back to when I thought I was never gonna love anyone else."

More than two years after its release, Sour is still charting on the Billboard 200, coming in at No. 49 in the most recent ranking.

The Guts World Tour, comprised of 77 shows across North America and Europe, is set to kick off on 23 February in Palm Springs, California.
