Travis Kelce has reacted to his girlfriend Taylor Swift being booed by some football fans during his game on Sunday.
On Wednesday's episode of his New Heights podcast, the Kansas City Chiefs player addressed the mixed reaction the singer received from New England Patriots fans when she appeared on the screen in Chiefs merchandise at the Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts.
Praising her for being unbothered by the response, he said, "They showed Taylor at the game. You don't see an entire home team fan base go insane for someone wearing the opposite colours. Just shows you how amazing that girl is. They went absolutely insane when they showed Taylor on the screen.
"There might have been a few Brads and Chads that were booing. But for the most part, everyone was f**king screaming their tail off for her."
Taylor brought along her friend Alana Haim and her father Scott Swift to support Travis and the Chiefs during their away game against the Patriots on Sunday.
The sports star also praised Scott for wearing Chiefs clothes during the game.
"Mr. Swift (was) in full Chiefs gear," Travis praised. "It's kind of looking real nice on him... He's rocking it. And he seems to be enjoying himself."
Earlier this month, the 34-year-old singer addressed the attention she receives when she shows up at Travis's games.
"There's a camera, like, a half-mile away, and you don't know where it is, and you have no idea when the camera is putting you in the broadcast, so I don't know if I'm being shown 17 times or once," she told Time magazine. "I'm just there to support Travis. I have no awareness of if I'm being shown too much and p**sing off a few dads, Brads, and Chads."
