2024 is officialy upon us, Montreal! With the New Year comes, of course, New Year's resolutions. According to Forbes, these are the 5 most common New Year's resolutions:

Improved fitness

A resoution that comes back year after year: working out. Whether it's by hitting the gym or signing up for pilates, there are plenty of ways to improve your fitness in 2024. The key is finding what's right for you! 


Improved mental health 

While maintaining good physical health is important, a good mental health is just as crucial. Be kind to your mind in 2024, Montreal!


Improved finances

Looking to improve your financial situation in 2024? You're not the only one. According to Forbes, 38% of U.S residents want to improve their finances as a New Year's resolution.

Losing weight

Another common resolution every year is losing weight. Surveys reveal that 34% of responders wish to lose weight as a New Year's resolution. 

Improved diet

The good old saying 'an apple a day keeps the doctor away' rings true for this resolution. A balanced diet is known to help you live longer, give you better skin, and boost your immunity...so there's no reason not to try it!
