Ed Sheeran will commute between Asia and the UK during the next leg of his tour.

The Give Me Love singer will fly home to see his wife Cherry Seaborn and their two young daughters every week while he's touring around Asia.

Ed is set to kick off the Asian leg of his tour in late January. He will visit Japan, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Indonesia and The Philippines over the next two months.

He will be supported on tour by singer-songwriter Calum Scott.

Calum revealed that Ed will be making the lengthy commute weekly.

"(Ed’s) coming and going back home from Asia to be able to see his kids every week," he told the Daily Star. "He’s a really family and friends-driven kind of artist. That’s unreal jet lag though. I don’t know how he’ll cope with it – a lot of melatonin!”

Ed and Cherry married in 2019 after meeting in 2015. They have two daughters, Lyra, three, and Jupiter, 18 months.
