Adele has revealed she's "working out like an athlete" so she can be fit enough to walk around the stage.
The Hello singer has been training three times a day in order to prepare for her series of shows in Munich this coming August.
"The reason that I am working out like I'm an athlete again is because those shows that I announced in Germany, that stage is f**king enormous," she admitted. "I'm probably going to walk about eight miles (12km) a night, so I need my cardio and my stamina to be up."
The 35-year-old has a strict routine she's adhering to, - although some of her training methods are certainly unusual.
"I have upped my cardio game at the gym. And I might start doing what Beyoncé had to do when she was a teenager. They used to make her do a run around a park or a treadmill with high heels singing. So I might start doing that to really open those lungs, although I don't wear my heels. So I'll just wear my trainers."
The star will finish her residency in Vegas in June, before performing her stint at a purpose-built Euro 24 stadium in Munich.
"I am back at my gym grind like nobody's business," she said. "My a**e is getting rock solid again. I can move mountains with my bum."
