Apple just announced its biggest upgrades coming to its devices later this year, and there are some major improvements you’ll be thrilled about!
The first significant upgrade in iOS 18 will feature a customizable home screen for the iPhone, allowing you to rearrange icons as you like and change the color of the app icons for a more personalized look.
Additionally, one of the most exciting new features will be in the Messages app, where you can now schedule text messages and add text effects like animated words and emojis that pop off the screen. Along with this, Apple is introducing Rich Communication Services (RCS), enabling iPhone users to send high-quality images, videos, and encrypted texts to Android users.
Apple’s Wallet app will also receive a new feature called Tap-to-Cash, which lets you quickly pay a friend using Apple Cash by tapping your phones together.
The software update is expected to roll out during the fall.
