Olivia Rodrigo sometimes sleeps 13 hours a day to help combat the "exhaustion" of touring.
In a recent interview for Complex, the singer-songwriter was asked what she does to pass the time when she's not performing.
In response, Olivia revealed she tries to get as much rest as possible.
"Well, I sleep so much on tour. I sleep for 13 hours a day sometimes. I'm so exhausted. So that passes a lot of the time," she said, adding: "But I've just been reading and I've been watching all of my comfort shows. I've been watching Sex and the City every day to make myself feel like I'm grounded and at home."
To help her feel energised before a gig, Olivia also has a playlist which includes tracks by Nicki Minaj and Soulja Boy.
And her favourite song right now is Charli XCX and Billie Eilish's Guess.
"So good. It's been on repeat," the 21-year-old continued.
Elsewhere in the chat, Olivia reflected on the process of making her second studio album, GUTS.
"I worked really hard on this album and it wasn't always easy, so I'm really happy that I persevered and ended up making something that I'm really proud of," she mused. "It taught me a lot about discipline and creativity and how sometimes even when you're not, like, 'I'm just dying to sit at the piano,' sometimes it's just (important to) hone-in on your craft. Just sit there and hash things out. So I'm really proud of that, and I think I've really sharpened some of my songwriting skills in making that album. I'm proud of that."
Olivia's next show for her GUTS tour is set to take place at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California on Tuesday.
