Cardi B has slammed an online troll for claiming she has been bleaching her skin while pregnant.
The I Like It rapper recently shared a photo on X in which a friend is seen cradling her growing baby bump.
In response, one follower asked, "Has Cardi been bleaching her skin?"
Accordingly, Cardi didn't hesitate to fire back at the claim in a post shared on Wednesday.
"Bleaching while pregnant? Why must yall be so dumb? Actually NO! (sic)," she wrote.
The star went on to list some of the symptoms she's been experiencing with her third pregnancy.
"I'm pregnant I'm slightly anemic, this baby suckin all the energy off my body to the point I'm pale, eyes sunken, veins green ASF, can't tan under the sun cause I get hot super-fast and dizzy ....PLEAE STOP THINKIN WITH YOU'RE A**HOLE! (sic)" the 31-year-old continued.
In response, a number of Cardi's fans rushed to her defence.
"They can't even respect women while they're pregnant. Gross af (as f**k)," one follower argued, while another commented: "I couldn't keep anything down with my baby and it made me look super pale and swollen. Don't stress yourself with this trolls. Praying for a safe and smooth delivery."
Cardi announced her pregnancy in late July, one day after she filed for divorce from husband Offset.
The hip-hop stars also share daughter Kulture, six, and two-year-son Wave.
Taking to Instagram at the beginning of August, Cardi shared a snap from a photoshoot in which she displayed her baby bump for the first time. In the accompanying caption, the Bodak Yellow hitmaker also reflected on her "new beginning".
"I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all renewed my power! Reminded me that I can have it all! You've reminded me that I never have to choose between life, love, and my passion!" she wrote, adding of the new addition: "It's so much easier taking life's twists, turns and test laying down, but you, your brother and your sister have shown me why it's worth it to push through!"
Cardi and Offset, real name Kiari Cephus, married in a private ceremony in September 2017.
