Ludacris has promised fans he's fine after recently drinking unfiltered water from a glacier in Alaska.

Earlier this week, the rapper-turned-actor posted a video showing him climbing down a glacier to collect some water in a bottle.

After taking a sip of the water, Ludacris - real name Christopher Bridges - exclaimed it was the best he'd ever tasted.

However, many fans warned the star to be cautious, as even though it appears pristine, glacier water may contain bacteria, parasites, or viruses if not properly purified or boiled.

But Ludacris returned to X on Tuesday to assure fans he was healthy.

"For everybody asking me how that glacier water really tasted. When I tell y'all I am a water snob, it was the best-tasting water I've ever had in my life and as I drank it I felt like every cell in my human body was being hydrated and rejuvenated at the same damn time," he declared. "Listen man, I'm here. I feel like Superman."

In his original post, Ludacris explained that tasting glacier water was on his bucket list. He decided to tick off the experience after playing a gig at the ConocoPhillips Borealis Theatre in Palmer on Sunday.

"Half of the world's glaciers are here in Alaska. I couldn't come here and just have a show. You know I got a bucket list - or as I like to call it the f**k it list - I've never tasted fresh glacial water in my life and this is a first. Here we go," the 46-year-old stated, before taking a drink and praising: "Oh my God."

After his trip to Alaska, Ludacris is scheduled to play shows at state fairs in Oregon and Colorado this week.
