Rihanna has shared her thoughts on the best hairstyle for a first date.
In a video filmed for British Vogue while she was attending the launch of her Fenty Hair range at Selfridges in London earlier this week, the 36-year-old superstar was asked to play agony aunt for those in need of hair help.
To begin, Rihanna advised that locks should look natural yet memorable in order to impress.
"First date hair, for me, should be comfortable," she explained. "But also play a little bit of fantasy. So you want to give but not look like you tried at all. You want to give like, this is how I wake up, this is how I am every day.
"In truth, you might wake up looking crazy, but you have to sell the fantasy."
Rihanna also recommended against covering up facial features for a first date.
"You don't want to do too much, you want to show that face," she continued.
Elsewhere in the video, Rihanna - who shares two-year-old son RZA and 13-month-old son Riot with rapper A$AP Rocky - also revealed how she likes to wear her hair when she isn't working.
The style icon prefers to keep her locks casual while she's at home with her family.
"For me, my lazy days consist of throwing my s**t up in a scrunchie, because I just want it out of the way," she smiled. "So, I find myself always wearing a scrunchie on my wrist. I want it out of the way, I don't want it on my kids when I lean forward.
"It's messy, messy. Whether you have tendrils or whatever, you still got to keep it together."
