On Monday, September 30th, Canadians will observe the annual National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. 

Although this statutory holiday mainly applies to federal government employees and those in federally regulated industries, many workplaces may also be closed on this day.

OPEN:

  • Malls
  • Grocery Stores
  • Public transportation
  • Garbage and recycling services
  • Parking
  • Recreational services (community centers, swimming pools, etc.)
  • Museums
  • Restaurants
  • Pharmacies
  • SAQs
  • SQDCs

CLOSED:

  • Service Canada
  • Passport services
  • Canada Post
  • Banks
