Olivia Rodrigo has shared that fellow singer Chappell Roan has shared "so much advice" with her about navigating fame.
Over the past few years, the Vampire singer and Roan have witnessed each other's meteoric rises to fame. Both dealing with similar experiences, the pair have struck up a friendship - and taken the stage together several times - and have often shared their thoughts on how to deal with fame and the pressure they face from the showbiz industry.
Roan joined Rodrigo at the latter's world premiere of her new Guts World Tour concert film for Netflix at the weekend. While attending the event, Rodrigo was asked about the advice they offer each other.
The Good 4 U singer was quick to acknowledge that she isn't sure if she's offered Roan much but said that Roan has helped her stay on top of her mental health.
Rodrigo revealed to Billboard: "She actually gives me so much advice on taking care of myself and being me in an industry that's so overwhelming sometimes. I really appreciate her. If I give her any advice, I'm not so sure. But I get a lot from her."
Roan's feelings about fame have made headlines over the past few months, with her recently comparing it to "an abusive ex-husband".
