Director Steven Spielberg and his wife, Kate Capshaw were also spotted at the bash, as was long-term friend Tobey Maguire, according to The New York Post's Page Six gossip column.
Edward Norton, Anderson .Paak, Dr. Dre Jamie Foxx, Paris Hilton, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, Robin Thicke, and Marvel star Mark Ruffalo were reportedly among the other stars in attendance.
The Revenant actor's girlfriend, the model Vittoria Ceretti also helped him mark his big day, which actually falls on Monday, with family including dad, George, stepmother Peggy, mum, Irmelin, and her husband, David Ward.
Benicio Del Toro, who stars with DiCaprio in the upcoming film, The Battle of Baktan Cross, also attended the shindig, as did model turned actress Cara Delevingne.
A source told Page Six that the night's centrepiece was an "intimate dinner" catered by Nobu, the luxury restaurant and hotel chain De Niro founded alongside Japanese celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa.
After dinner Hollywood Club turntablist DJ Meel reportedly performed, while attendees indulged in Telmont champagne and a special cake marking DiCaprio's milestone birthday.
