Well, Montreal, if you thought we’d have an easy winter just because of our mild fall—think again!
According to the official winter forecast from The Weather Network, we’re in for a “come-and-go winter.” Expect a mix of cold snaps, mild spells, and some pretty messy storms.
The forecast predicts an abrupt transition to colder weather at the start of December, just in time for the holiday season. And as for snow? There’s a good chance we’ll see some closer to the holidays (hallelujah!).
Looking ahead to January and February, eastern Canada is expected to experience above-normal temperatures overall—but don’t count on it being as warm as last year’s winter.
So, there you have it—a glimpse into what this winter has in store. Better keep your boots, gloves, and all that jazz handy… you’ll need them!
