Montreal SPCA launches 24/7 hotline to report animal abuse

The Montreal SPCA has launched a new 24/7 hotline to report animal cruelty across Quebec.

The organization says the service was necessary as reports of animal mistreatment have been on the rise.

Quebec residents can now anonymously report suspected neglect or abuse.

The SPCA encourages all Quebecers to speak up if they witness animal cruelty by calling 1-855-711-7575
