Great news for our city and our tourism department, 11.9 million visitors traveled to Montreal in 2025, marking a 7.3% increase from 2024.
Domestic travel played a huge role, with roughly 8.8 million Canadian travelers accounting for the bulk of that growth, a 10% jump from the previous year.
Additionally, international interest remains strong, with nearly 470,000 visitors arriving from France alone!
We’re definitely looking forward to seeing how those numbers grow in 2026!
