Talk about good news! Not only is winter starting to become a thing of the past, but Starbucks has finally launched its spring menu with delicious items available in stores across the country.
For Spring 2026, the spotlight is on the newest flavour, Ube Coconut, featured in a variety of new beverage options:
- Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato: Toasted coconut and creamy milk with shots of espresso, served over ice and topped with vibrant ube coconut cream cold foam.
- Ube Coconut Latte: Espresso with steamed milk infused with toasted coconut syrup and ube.
- Toasted Coconut Cream Cold Brew: Cold brew with toasted coconut cream cold foam.
- Toasted Coconut Latte: Espresso with toasted coconut-flavoured syrup and milk.
The Fan-Favourites are Back:
- Iced Lavender Cream Chai: Premium chai with milk, served over ice and topped with lavender cream cold foam.
- Lavender Latte: Espresso Roast with milk and floral notes of lavender; available hot or iced.
- Lavender Crème Frappuccino: Lavender notes combined with vanilla syrup, milk, and ice, topped with whipped cream.
- Iced Lavender Cream Matcha: Matcha with classic syrup and milk, served over ice and topped with lavender cold foam.
Fresh from the Bakery:
- Mini Dill & Rye Bagels: Three rye pumpernickel bagel rounds filled with dill cream cheese and lemon zest, topped with white sesame seeds.
- Lemon Cake Pop: Lemon-flavoured cake dipped in a yellow chocolatey coating.
- Frog Cake Pop: Vanilla cake and buttercream dipped in a green chocolatey coating.
