While it seems like winter and snow won’t ever let us go, April is right around the corner. We’re definitely allowed to look forward to some actual spring weather, right?

Well, the Old Farmer’s Almanac has released its weather forecast for southern Quebec for April. While we can expect some spring-like temperatures, it looks like we’re in for a “lingering winter” more than anything else.

Here’s how April is shaping up for southern Quebec, according to the Almanac:

  • Apr 1-4: Sunny, then showers; warm
  • Apr 5-8: Showers, cool
  • Apr 9-13: Snow and rain, cold east; showers, mild west
  • Apr 14-19: Scattered showers, cool
  • Apr 20-24: Sunny, then showers; mild
  • Apr 25-30: Sunny, then showers; warm

So, you might want to keep those warm winter boots by the door a bit longer than you hoped!
