Habs players to serve as the voice of the STM for two stations

Starting today, Thursday, April 16, things might sound a bit different the next time you take the metro!

In honour of the Canadiens’ playoff run, players Juraj Slafkovsky, Jakub Dobes, Lane Hutson, and Alexandre Texier have recorded the “prochaine station” announcements for the Bonaventure and Lucien-L’Allier stations. These locations were chosen specifically for their proximity to the Bell Centre.

The STM confirmed that these special announcements will play daily throughout the playoffs, regardless of the team's schedule. The Canadiens kick off their first-round series against the Tampa Bay Lightning this Sunday.
