Heads up if you’re planning to use the REM on weekends this summer! The Réseau express métropolitain has announced they will be opening later on weekends from June 6 until August 16.
The first REM train will start at 7:30 AM on Saturdays, while service will start at either 7:30 AM or noon on Sundays.
As for Canada Day, service will begin at noon at the Brossard, Deux-Montagnes, and Anse-à-l’Orme stations.
These adjustments are important for airport connection work, according to Pulsar, the operator of the REM.
Alternative transportation options will be available for riders who need to travel earlier.
For more information, make sure to check the official REM website.
