Great news for Android users, you will finally be able to use a virtual OPUS card in Montreal!
Starting this Monday, Android users who buy fares through the Chrono app will be able to use their phones to board buses, the métro, and Exo commuter trains.
At the moment, the feature is not available for Apple devices, but it is expected to roll out in the coming months.
To purchase fares, users simply need to open the app, select “Purchase fares,” and choose “Virtual fares” before signing in or creating an account.
