The Honoré-Mercier Bridge has officially reopened after being reduced to a single lane for nearly a week of repairs.

The bridge, which links Montreal to the South Shore, was restricted after a routine inspection last week revealed a crack in one of the span’s steel girders.

Tolls on westbound Highway 30, which were temporarily suspended to help ease traffic congestion, have now been reinstated.
